SND Ang Ating Inasal began with a simple dream — to bring the comforting taste of home across the ocean. In the Philippines, inasal is more than just grilled chicken. It’s family gatherings under bamboo huts, laughter echoing over the scent of charcoal, and a shared love for food made with care. Every skewer tells a story of community, warmth, and the joy of eating together — something we wanted to share with the world.
When our family moved to Texas, we carried that same passion and tradition with us. We missed the aroma of marinated chicken sizzling over hot coals, brushed with bright orange annatto oil, and the sound of friends calling for “extra rice!” So, we fired up the grill right here in the Lone Star State — blending Filipino flavors with Texas-sized hospitality.
Today, SND Ang Ating Inasal stands as a tribute to home, culture, and togetherness. Each plate we serve is a reminder that no matter how far you are, the taste of love, family, and good food can always bring you back. We grill not just to feed, but to share a piece of the Philippines — one smoky, savory bite at a time.

We believe great food brings people together. That’s why every plate we serve is crafted with care — from sourcing fresh ingredients to grilling them over live fire.
We don’t just serve food — we serve stories, memories, and the warmth of home
